The naturally dried raisins are calibrated before washing, cleaned mechanically through the sieves and cleaned by laser scanners and X-ray, packed and passed through the metal detector. The raisins can be produced with and without vegetable oil.
Polyethylene bags; on pallets; 12 months; Storage under clean, dry and well ventilated conditions. Best storage at 8°C, max. 60% RH.
Dark brown; aromatic; typical; Can get sticky because of the high sugar content.
